72.8% of Atlanta Buyers Get Seller Concessions

After years of seller-dominated conditions, Atlanta showed signs of change as pent-up demand met softer seller behavior, giving more buyers room to negotiate in Mid-Q3.
In Atlanta, 72.8% of buyers received seller concessions in Mid-Q3, the highest share among the top metros tracked in the listings platform's analysis.
The broader market shift reflected sellers growing more realistic on pricing, a change that helped support better activity during the 2026 spring and summer market.
Another sign of flexibility: 15.8% of home sales in Mid-Q3 combined both a price drop and seller concessions, expanding negotiation options for active buyers.
At the same time, delistings ↓12.6% yearly in Mid-Q3, suggesting more sellers stayed engaged instead of pulling listings when pricing expectations shifted.
